Poster Photo Shoot

Yesterday afternoon we decided to head out to capture some photos for our poster. After our initial poster ideas the images that we had extracted from our film weren't that great in quality, they also weren't as effective as we would have liked.

We first travelled to East Grinstead to head to East Court to take some pictures of Mark and Megan acting like a couple. The location was perfect, although not obvious it was behind a court of law, a registry office and a whole open green space.

After developing the photos we travelled back to Lewes to the location for our short film and captured various photos.





The first was of Mark sitting on the floor with the photos situated around him. His body language and facial expressions will suggest unhappiness and the photos surrounded him symbolising the fact that Sam is trapped. As a photography student Megan was on hand with her camera and as a result allowed us to capture a better selection of photos.


We did though have some issues with controlling the lighting, we needed to create a feel that was dark and sinister.
